Wow … I feel so loved! One of my favorite bloggers, Brea has graced me with yet another award! 🙂 (Brea, sorry this took so long for me to get to … I can’t tell you just how much I appreciate your gift)

If you haven’t wandered over to Brea’s place yet, I urge you to do so asap! She has an awesomely sharp wit, is a talented writer, and has a heart as big as the Universe. And she knows about titanium! I’m honored to have her as part of my online family.

As with all these awards, there are some things one needs to do when accepting. First, there are some questions to answer:

Favorite Animal: What? I can only pick one? But I love them all! OK, fine, if I have to pick … but it’s a toss-up between wolves, big cats, and raptors (the birds, not the dinosaurs).

Favorite Number: 13 … a wonderful, mystical number

Favorite Non-Alcoholic Drink: Iced tea … especially if it’s my herbal brew. 🙂

Facebook or Twitter: Facebook. I’ve never ever been on Twitter.

My Passion: I struggled with this one as I don’t consider myself a passionate person. I suppose though that I could say I’m passionate about truth … there are a lot of folks at work who groan when I walk into a meeting because I “tell it like it is” and refuse to back down.

Getting or Giving Presents: Definitely giving. Nothing brings me pure joy quite like seeing the look on a friend or loved one’s face after they’ve opened a special gift.

Favorite Pattern: Not a fan of patterns … I like “non-patterns”. Swirls of color all flowing together and entwined, like the clouds at sunset.

Favorite Day of the Week: Any day I can sleep in. 😉

Favorite Flower: Ugh … more choosing? If I must, I suppose I’d have to say Foxglove or Jewelweed because in addition to being beautiful flowers, they can be used to make medicine.

As for nominees, well there just aren’t all that many blogs that I visit regularly and they all bring sunshine into my life. And half of those I’d nominate won’t have the time or inclination to do a full post so I’ll just say that anyone in my “Places I wander off to visit” list, consider yourself tagged with this award. 🙂
